  • Non furniture items will be sent via Royal Mail or an alternative delivery provider and will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order being placed. Furniture items will be delivered by a courier and dispatched within 3 working days.


  • If you feel that your purchase has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will need photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging, for insurance purposes before a full refund is given.


  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods will fit into the space intended and can be successfully delivered into the property or premises. We are unable to offer refunds in the event that a piece of furniture does not fit. Customers unsure of anything are encouraged to contact us for advice.


  • If you have changed your mind and you no longer want the product you ordered, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Please note, the return postage is funded by the customer and should be adequately tracked and insured. A full refund will be given excluding the original postage costs. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition.
